Cookie Ritual

Every batch of Cookie Ritual cookies is made fresh to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Orders are accepted Monday through Thursday, baked fresh on Friday, and available for pickup Saturday and Sunday. This schedule ensures you're always getting cookies at their best, and it helps us plan each bake with care. We recommend ordering early in the week to secure your spot.

Orders are accepted Monday through Thursday each week if you wish to pick-up the following Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after Thursday will be scheduled for the following week's bake.

Pickup is available Saturday and Sunday. Your specific pickup window will be confirmed at the time of your order.

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your pickup time will receive a 50% refund — the remainder covers the cost of ingredients and labor already put into your order.

Yes! We do ship orders. Because baked goods can be sensitive in transit, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to protect your order. Please reach out before placing a shipping order so we can discuss packaging, timing, and insurance options to make sure your cookies arrive in great shape.

Absolutely. We love working with customers on custom flavor requests and special occasions. Just reach out before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible. Custom requests are subject to ingredient availability and may require additional lead time and costs. Once we finalize your custom order, we will add it as a specific product for you to review and purchase on the website.

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction matters to us — if something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right. We ask that you review all ingredient information before ordering, as we're unable to issue refunds for allergen-related concerns.
