Our organic strawberry jam is like summer in a jar. We take great pride in the quality of our products including any fruit we use in our jams! Our jams are considered low sugar, we use a different type of pectin that allows our jams to set with little sugar, unlike other pectins that require an absorbent amount of sugar to set successfully.
