One of our favorite breads to make were chocolate babka loaves. We adapted these by replacing the filling with a sugar Ube filling, and replaced the loaf with muffins, individually and carefully hand-braiding each one.

Ube blondies provide a dense chewy experience like brownies. Our blondies highlight ube as the star flavor, swirled in as rich purple streaks within the blondie base.

Our Senorita Bread is extra fluffy, made with a brioche base dough that wraps around a caramelized butter sugar filling.
