Also known as 'Black Cake', this traditional Jamaican dessert is a moist, dense and flavorful rum-soaked masterpiece. Made with a blend of finely minced fruits - such as raisins, prunes, cherries and currants- soaked for months in dark rum and red wine, the cake boasts deep complex notes of spice. Baked to a dark, luscious finish and soaked with extra rum after baking, each bite melts in your mouth with warmth and festive richness.
