Hi! I’m Victoria the hands, heart, and messy apron behind all these baked goodies. I started baking as a fun creative outlet, and somewhere along the way it turned into a full on passion (and obsession) with making beautiful, homemade treats that bring people joy. The name Birdie’s Bakehouse has a special place in my heart. “Bird” has been a nickname of mine since I can remember, and it became even more meaningful when my nieces started calling my aunt “Birdie.” It just felt right like bringing a little piece of home, family, and comfort into my hobby turned-small business.

I love experimenting with flavors, creating cozy sourdough loaves, and making baked goods that feel like a little hug in food form. Every cookie and every loaf is made in small batches, with love, intention, and way too much excitement.
