✨ All the flavor, None of thespelling.✨

Introducing our brand-new Dutch Letterless Cookies, fresh from the ovens here at The BlueJay Bakery!

We took everything you love about a traditional Dutch Letter—that rich, sweet, authentic almond flavor—and mixed it directly into a soft, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cookie dough.

The result? A cookie that is incredibly dense, chewy, and packed with sweet marzipan goodness in every single bite. No flaky pastry crumbs on your shirt, and absolutely no alphabet required.

⚠️ FAIR WARNING: Do not buy these intending to share them. Once your friends or family catch a whiff of that warm, toasted almond aroma, they will try to steal one. And trust us—after your first bite of that soft, melt in your mouth center, you are going to want all these for yourself. Keep the box hidden in your car on the drive home if you have to. We won’t judge. Your secret is safe with us!
