Sourdough Banana Bread mini loaves

A cozy classic with a Bready or Not twist. This banana bread is made with sourdough starter and long-fermented overnight, just like our sourdough breads and bagels, giving it a tender texture and deeper flavor. Double Chocolate Sourdough Loaf

Don’t let the dark, chocolatey color fool you — this isn’t a super-sweet dessert bread. It’s still very much sourdough: chewy, tangy, and deeply flavorful, but with cocoa worked into the dough for an amazing chocolate flavor without making the bread sugary. Semi-sweet chocolate chips add juuust enough sweetness here and there so it feels like a treat, but not like you’re eating cake for breakfast.
