I recently heard about Nicole on a local app called Next Door. I decided to order some cream filled Oatmeal cookies, needless to say they were excellent. I then decided to try the bread assortment pack it contained Italion herb and cheese sourdough, Raisin Cinnamon sugar Sourdough, Original Sourdough and Jalapeño chedder sourdough. These 4 are all incredibly good. I have been a driver for the Amish for the last 14 years, this involved taking many different Amish women to the farmers Market in Salida, westcliffe etc... so I have tried lots of baked goods by woman that know how to bake and Nicole's breads and baked goods are as good or in many cases better. Give her a chance, try her out, I guarantee you won't be sorry and you will be coming back for more. Kevin
Browns Backcountry Breads is the best! Her jalepeno bread with honey butter is to die for…if you have not tried her breads/pastries…you’re missing out! It won’t disappoint!

Delicious baked goods & jams. It is incredibly convenient to shop there given the hours and self checkout system.
The baked goods are delicious! The jalapeño cheese sourdough bread is so good. The brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies are amazing and quite different from anything we’ve had before. If you need a cinnamon roll fix, this is where to go! So glad you opened up the shed❣️
