We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before your event date to allow adequate time for planning, preparation, and creating your custom desserts. Weddings, tiered cakes, and more detailed designs should be booked as early as possible. All orders are subject to availability.

Yes! Delivery may be available for tiered cakes and select special events. Delivery fees vary depending on distance, order size, and event requirements. Pickup instructions will be provided before your scheduled pickup date. We currently do not offer out-of-state delivery. Delivery may be offered for other items if requested with fee .

Absolutely! Customization is one of our favorite parts of what we do. You can request your preferred cake flavors, fillings, frosting, colors, themes, and decorations. Please provide a detailed description of your vision and any inspiration photos when placing your order. All designs are handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. Additional charges may apply depending on your selections and design complexity.

We understand that sometimes sweet cravings and celebrations come up unexpectedly! Orders requested with less than two weeks' notice may be accepted depending on our availability and the complexity of your request. A $25 rush fee may apply to qualifying last-minute orders. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed.

Orders totaling $400 or less must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Orders totaling over $400 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon deadline, with orders paid in full no later than two weeks before the event unless otherwise arranged. We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash, where applicable. Please review our Ordering Policies for additional details.
