Packed with chocolate chips and loaded with iconic cookies, our Cookie Monster Mini Loaf is the ultimate dessert mashup. It starts with a soft vanilla cake studded with chocolate chips, then gets smothered in creamy frosting and piled high with Chips Ahoy, Oreo pieces, and even more chocolate chips.
