Jazz Weekend Bread Drop - 24th October

A generous, ready-to-eat picnic box built around our freshly baked focaccia, soft and golden with seasonal toppings.

Each box includes:

• 1 large, freshly baked focaccia
• A selection of artisan cheeses, such as Brie, Saint André or Durrus
• 2 house-made dips, such as basil pesto, whipped feta or garlic aioli
• 1 seasonal accompaniment, such as garlic & thyme olives, semi-sundried tomatoes or fresh organic tomatoes

Serves 4-6 people

The cheese, dips and accompaniments change weekly depending on what's seasonal and delicious.

A Fern & Fleur favourite, this traditional Swiss Tresse au Beurre has been a firm family favourite for as long as we can remember. We often bring one along with a jar of quince jelly whenever we're staying overnight somewhere.

At home, Tresse au Beurre and quince jelly is a Sunday family tradition, best enjoyed with lashings of tea, plenty of coffee and just one more slice until you realise there is none left for Monday's breakfast.

The Rustic White Country Loaf is a beautifully simple, hand-shaped bread with a crisp, golden crust and a soft, open crumb. Made with quality ingredients and given time to develop its flavour, it’s wonderfully versatile and deliciously fresh.

A rustic, wholesome loaf made with wholemeal flour, jumbo oats, crunchy walnuts and rich black treacle. Slightly sweet with a deliciously nutty caramel flavour and just a little bit of crunch from the walnuts.

Beautifully simple and made from scratch, our weekly Kitchen Table Cake features delicate layers of light, airy cake, generous fruit filling and fresh cream, finished with a light dusting of icing sugar.

Made for sharing around the kitchen table, enjoying with a cup of coffee or an afternoon cuppa, or taking along when you're visiting friends.

Made with locally foraged crab apples picked by Mélanie, our homemade crab apple jelly captures the bright, crisp flavour of early autumn apples.

The jelly itself is a beautifully clear rose jewel colour with a delicate sweetness and a lovely tartness, it’s delicious spread on warm, buttered brown bread such as our Rustic Walnut Bread spooned onto toast or served alongside cheese for a little contrast.
