A beautiful Swiss braided bread made with rich, buttery dough, creating a soft, tender crumb and a delicate golden crust. Lightly sweet, wonderfully buttery and deliciously soft.

A Fern & Fleur favourite, this traditional Swiss Tresse au Beurre has been a firm family favourite for as long as we can remember. We often bring one along with a jar of quince jelly whenever we're staying overnight somewhere.

At home, Tresse au Beurre and quince jelly is a Sunday family tradition, best enjoyed with lashings of tea, plenty of coffee and just one more slice until you realise there is none left for Monday's breakfast.

A proper country loaf, made for simple lunches, dinners and breakfasts.

The Rustic White Country Loaf is a beautifully simple, hand-shaped bread with a crisp, golden crust and a soft, open crumb. Made with quality ingredients and given time to develop its flavour, it’s wonderfully versatile and deliciously fresh.

Perfect thickly sliced and spread with butter, alongside a bowl of soup, piled high with your favourite sandwich fillings or simply torn and shared around the table.

A rustic, wholesome loaf made with wholemeal flour, jumbo oats, crunchy walnuts and rich black treacle. Slightly sweet with a deliciously nutty caramel flavour and just a little bit of crunch from the walnuts.

Perfect sliced thick and generously buttered with Kerrygold or served alongside a chunky soup, a cheeseboard or even as part of a hearty breakfast

Made for coffee, conversation and another slice.

A taste of summer in a jar.

Made with freshly picked local blackberries, our homemade bramble jelly is bursting with the deep, rich flavour of late summer blackberries.

Sweet with a gentle tartness, it’s delicious spread generously on warm, buttered bread such as our Tresse au Beurre, spooned onto toast or just eaten by the spoon.

Childhood autumn nostalgia in a jar 🍂

Made with locally foraged crab apples picked by Mélanie, our homemade crab apple jelly captures the bright, crisp flavour of early autumn apples.

The jelly itself is a beautifully clear rose jewel colour with a delicate sweetness and a lovely tartness, it’s delicious spread on warm, buttered brown bread such as our Rustic Walnut Bread spooned onto toast or served alongside cheese for a little contrast.
