An entremet is a modern French layered mousse cake that combines different textures and flavors in one delicate dessert.

it is a frozen cake so it can’t be outside for long it come in one size (8 inches) it is enough for 6-8 people depends on the size of the cuts, if you want for larger groups i would suggest a layered cake.
