The honey in this loaf creates a tighter, softer crumb, which lends itself nicely to sandwich bread. Unlike our other loaves, we bake this loaf in a loaf pan, so its the perfect shape for sliced bread.

Focaccia is a leavened flatbread that is airy and light. It makes fantastic sandwiches and is wonderful to eat with dips, like hummus or baba ghanoush. We also like to eat it as a snack on its own. Really, the possibilities are endless.

Our rosemary garlic sourdough is made with roasted garlic and rosemary that we grew on our farm. It's great with pasta or sliced and baked with some cheese for a delicious garlic bread.

Focaccia is a leavened flatbread that is airy and light. This is a dessert focaccia, made with apple cider instead of water and filled with an apple and a brown sugar and spice filling. It's not overly sweet, but it does have a bit of a sticky center and bottom. Our family likes to eat this for breakfast or as a snack. It would be lovely with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Really, the possibilities are endless.

Sold in an 8x8 aluminum pan.

Our chili crisp sourdough has a healthy topping of chili crisp oil spread on the top. It has a bit of a kick, but isn't too spicy. This one doesn't last long in our house. It's hard to walk by without snacking on it.

Sourdough in granola?!?! Yes, we use sourdough starter in our granola.

While starter is traditionally used as a leavening agent in bread products, in granola it acts as a binding agent to create the yummy clusters we all crave. This allows us to use less sugars and oils, which are the binding agents in traditional granola. And this, we create a healthier and less sweet granola.

Our honey granola is a no-frills standard granola, featuring oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and honey as the sweetener. This is a 10 oz bag.
