There are cinnamon rolls… and then there are sourdough cinnamon rolls—the kind that stop you mid‑bite because they’re so unbelievably soft, flavorful, and aromatic that you forget anything else exists. These homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls are easily the best I’ve ever tasted, and they set a new standard for what a cinnamon roll should be.

I picked up a jalapeño cheddar sourdough from Kneady Jane Dough Co. and it was so good. The crust had that perfect crunch when you cut into it, and the inside was soft and packed with flavor. The cheddar really stands out, and the jalapeños add just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming. You can tell it’s made with care. I’ll definitely be going back for another loaf.

Kneady Dough Co. seriously deserves all the hype! First of all, the mini chocolate cakes are SO decadent. And this is coming from someone who is not usually a fan of chocolate cakes. They are rich, moist, perfectly sweet and completely irresistible. I could easily eat more than one without even thinking twice! The bagels are just as amazing. They make the most delicious breakfast sandwiches! Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the day! Another huge plus is the turnaround time. Orders are always ready right on time for pickup, which makes everything so easy and convenient. I’ve clear that she runs her business efficiently while still delivering top-tier quality. 10/10 recommend placing an order for her yummy, delicious sourdough and all of her other tasty treats!
