About Us
Little Urban Acre
Tucked away in the middle of a growing neighborhood, Little Urban Acre is exactly what its name suggests—a little piece of country living surrounded by the city.
Our unique one-acre property sits on county-zoned land, surrounded by city neighborhoods. While the world around us continues to grow and change, we’ve held on to our little acre as a place to garden, raise chickens, grow flowers, and enjoy the simple pleasures of growing and making things ourselves.
What started as a love of gardening, cooking, and baking naturally grew into the idea of a neighborhood farm stand—a way to share a little of what we grow and create with our neighbors and those passing by.
With a background in the culinary arts and a passion for homemade food, I love incorporating seasonal ingredients, fresh produce, eggs from our own chickens, and locally sourced dairy and other ingredients whenever possible. From fresh baked goods and homemade preserves to seasonal produce, flowers, and other small-batch creations, our offerings change with the seasons and whatever inspires us in the kitchen or garden.
We believe good food doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about quality ingredients, a little creativity, and appreciating what’s fresh and in season. We embrace old-fashioned traditions while adding our own creative twist.
Little Urban Acre isn’t a big farm or a commercial bakery. It’s simply our home, our garden, our chickens, and a little farm stand built around the things we love to grow, bake, and make.
A little country in the middle of the city. From our acre to your home.
