I served up the Traditional Loaf last night at dinner and it disappeared almost instantly with the kids and parents scrapping for the last bits. It had a perfect crust — not too soft, not too hard — and the inside was perfectly moist. We're looking forward to trying all of Cristie's offerings!

Now part of my weekend routine to get bread from Matcha and Moon! Delicious and fresh out of the oven. Sometimes so fresh Cristie insists I rest it longer. Friendly and flexible service. She even gave me a free loaf when she wasn’t satisfied with the bake one time! Highly recommend.

A beautiful sourdough loaf. Just the right amount of tangy, and the crumb is delightfully squishy. The crust has the perfect amount of crunch. I will absolutely be ordering again.

Very good communication and very delicious bread. One of the best loaves I've ever had. Easy to customize too, highly recommend adding some extras on your loaf when you order.
