I cannot guarantee my products are allergen free, because my kitchen does contain allergens. However, I am very passionate and very knowledgeable about how to avoid cross contact. Before making any of “allergen friendly” items, I start by washing and sanitizing everything. I also use disposable baking pans/tins when baking most of my items, so raw products aren’t touching any of my bakeware.
