Our Naked Fudge Sourdough Brownies aren't your average sugar-bomb. We use a long-fermented sourdough discard to create a complex, slightly tangy undertone that cuts through the richness of premium semi-sweet chocolate and Dutch-processed cocoa. Each square is hand-cut into a substantial 3-inch block, featuring a crackly thin top and a dense, fudgy center that stays moist for days.
