The name was inspired by the film Top Gun: Maverick. The original Top Gun was a classic for many of us growing up, and when the sequel hit theaters, it honored everything we loved about the first while elevating it. That idea of elevating a classic perfectly captures the heart behind this cookie.


We took the same nostalgic flavor you know and refined it with intentionality, focusing on depth of flavor, balance, and texture. What came from that process is, in our opinion, an elevated version of the beloved classic, one that feels familiar yet new, simple yet memorable.

Our take on the classic peanut butter cookie. Made with creamy peanut butter and swirls of marshmallow fluff for a refined, playful twist on a familiar favorite.


Growing up, my dad used to make peanut butter sandwiches with marshmallow fluff, and they were always the best. That simple memory inspired this cookie. We wanted to capture that same sense of joy and comfort in every bite.

Our take on the classic chocolate chip cookie. Made with browned butter, three types of chopped chocolate, and topped with flaky salt for the perfect balance of richness and warmth.


This is the cookie that started it all for us, our signature offering, and the genesis of Ring & Robe Cookie Club. What began as a simple birthday treat made for friends quickly became the heart of everything we do. Our creative addition to the classic cookie lineup. Made with browned butter, homemade bourbon caramel, chopped white chocolate truffle bars, and sourdough pretzel pieces, then topped with smoked flaky salt for the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and smooth.


The name The Met takes inspiration from the Metropolitan Museums found around the world, places known for thoughtfully curated collections that showcase beauty in many forms. These museums don’t just feature one masterpiece; they bring together pieces that complement and enhance one another to create a meaningful experience for every guest.


That same idea shaped this cookie. Over the years, we’ve added new elements, refined ingredients, and perfected the balance between flavor and texture. What came from that process is not just a cookie, but a curated experience that blends creativity, balance, and intentionality in every bite.
