Good sourdough takes time! Our bread is slowly fermented for that delicious sourdough tang and flavor we all love. Please allow at least 2 days for your order to be ready. Available pickup dates will be shown when you order, so you can choose what works best for you. Pickup is not available on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Good bread is worth the wait! 🤎
Made with just four simple ingredients: flour, water, sourdough starter, and sea salt. No added preservatives, just naturally slow-fermented sourdough with that delicious tangy flavor. Simple ingredients, great bread! 🤎 Our specialty loaves have additional ingredients depending on the flavor. Full ingredient lists can be found in each product description. Ingredients: Organic unbleached flour (organic hard red wheat flour, organic malted barley flour), water, sourdough starter (flour, water), sea salt. Contains: Wheat.
Our sourdough is baked fresh without added preservatives! For the best flavor and texture, enjoy within 3-4 days. Store your loaf in a bread bag at room temperature. Want it to last longer? Slice it up and freeze it for up to 3 months! Just pop a slice in the toaster or warm your loaf in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes to bring back that fresh-baked good. Mist loaf or run under water briefly before baking to recrisp the crust! Avoid storing sourdough in the refrigerator, as it dries out faster. And remember, if you see mold, discard the loaf.
Our self-serve farm stand is located at 511 Old Ferry Rd. in Shady Cove, Oregon! We’re open Saturdays from 9 AM until sold out or 7 PM, whichever comes first. Fresh sourdough is also available for preorder and pickup on other days! I’m so thankful for all the local support as Rowdy Rogue continues to grow. We have outgrown the current stand and a bigger and better stand is in the works. The current stand remains open on Saturdays. My goal is to offer more days at the stand in the future. Thank you for supporting my little bakery! 🤎
