Large Signature Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Made with organic flour & topped with a tasty vanilla bean frosting. These specialty rolls are made with a stiff/sweet starter so they aren’t sour! This gives the rolls incredible texture and depth of flavor, plus makes them easier to digest.

Our cinnamon rolls take 3 days to prep, ferment & bake. I use only high-quality ingredients, many that are organic.

I also add a Tangzhong mixture to lock in moisture for extra softness and shelf life.

Ive put a lot of work into this recipe over the past year and can’t wait for you to try it out!

Mix & match packs to get as many rolls as you’d like! Pan size determines price - ex: If you buy three 4-packs (12 total), it’s $78 rather than being $69 like a 12-pack in one big pan is.

These tasty sourdough rolls take 3 days to prep & make, creating incredible flavor! They’re made with a special sweet/stiff levain starter that ferments for over a day and keeps the dough naturally sweet instead of tangy. I also add a Tanghong for extra softness and shelf life! Ive put a lot of work into this recipe over the past year.

Saturday orders are usually done by noon! You can pick up anytime after that. I text/email my customers the day before baking to confirm pick-up/delivery time & address. I am a few blocks from Flathead High School on the west side of Kalispell near the Kalispell Center Mall, address is sent after order confirmation.
