Large Signature Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Made with organic flour & topped with a tasty vanilla bean frosting. These specialty rolls are made with a stiff/sweet starter so they aren’t sour! This gives the rolls incredible texture and depth of flavor, plus makes them easier to digest.

Our cinnamon rolls take 3 days to prep, ferment & bake. I use only high-quality ingredients, many that are organic.

I also add a Tangzhong mixture to lock in moisture for extra softness and shelf life.

Ive put a lot of work into this recipe over the past year and can’t wait for you to try it out!

They’re baked to be perfectly soft & made in small batches with love.

This bread has a round or oval shape that’s formed using a special shaping technique, and baked in a Dutch oven to get a nice crispy crust with a soft crumb. With a side slash that opens up beautifully during baking, and a decorative leaf design…this bread truly stands out and shows the true art of sourdough bread making.

These specialty rolls take my signature cinnamon rolls to another level. Made with fresh organic apples from our tree 🍏

The apple filling is spiced with fall flavors that will remind you of a warm apple pie. It’s added right over top of my cinnamon brown sugar filling, rolled up inside my soft signature dough, topped with a buttery oat crumble & baked to perfection!

They’re also topped with a tasty homemade light caramel drizzle with an option to add a vanilla bean drizzle as well.

Sourdough Sandwich Bread loaf 🍞

Baked in a loaf pan to keep its shape perfectly and give it a softer crust, this sourdough bread is perfect for everyday use. It has the same ingredients as my artisan sourdough bread, so you’ll get the same amazing flavor.

I use a light spritz of avocado oil in the loaf pans for sticking, as well as a light layer of butter on the crust when it comes out of the oven - which keeps it extra soft! Perfect for toasting, sandwiches, french toast, grilled cheese & more!

100% kid-approved, my 4 and 12 year old love this bread more than store bought 🙌
