Croissant Loaf - Options

I was seriously addicted to this croissant loaf early last year. I use my original artisan loaf recipe and layer in one and a half sticks of grated frozen butter to give it flakey lofty layers. I have recently been testing this recipe with different inclusions, and let me just say, incredible!

Ciabatta Bread Rolls

Incredibly chewy, this sourdough ciabatta bread recipe has a deliciously addicting open crumb texture on the inside with a gently crisped outside. Great for Sandwiches!!

Storage:

Store fresh loaves in a paper bag or a thin tea towel. Once cut, store in an airtight container. They also freezes incredibly well.

It makes the kitchen smell like magic. And the best part? I made it. No junk or preservatives. Just simple, real-deal, sourdough with a soft crust, subtle tang, and fluffy crumb that holds up to slicing, toasting and sandwiches (anything really).
