What began as a deep personal passion for traditional European pastry craft has grown into a boutique home bakery dedicated to bringing exquisite, high-quality treats to Sioux Falls.

As a solo maker, I craft every item, from hand-painting delicate chocolate bonbon shells to baking and filling traditional cream-filled Trubochki and rolling gourmet Kartoshka cake & biscuit truffles, entirely by hand in small, dedicated batches. I use premium ingredients like Belgian chocolate and pure pistachio paste to ensure every treat not only looks like a work of art, but tastes incredible.
