Hi everyone and welcome to The Blue Phoenix Bakery! We have been super busy getting ready to begin serving our community here in the Springfield/Ascutney/Claremont area. As we prepare for our first day of orders opening, here are some things to know about the process of purchasing baked goods from us: How it works: Orders can be placed on Sunday at 8am until Tuesday at 6pm, after which the orders will be closed until the following Sunday. You can pick up your baked goods from the porch on Friday from 10am-6:30pm and Saturday 10am-6:30pm. Delivery is also available for a fee of $2.50. We will meet you at the exit 8 park and ride in Ascutney Vermont on Fridays at 2pm and 6:30pm and Saturdays 12pm, 3pm, and 6:30pm. For pickup customers: Your order will be placed inside the cooler on the porch. It will have your name on it. Pickups take place on Fridays 10am-6:30pm and Saturdays 10am-6:30pm. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you will be running late for your pickup time. For delivery customers: We will meet you at exit 8 in Ascutney VT on Fridays at 2pm and 6:30pm & Saturdays at 12pm, 3pm, and 6:30pm. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you will be running late for your delivery time so I can keep your order safe and intact until we can get it to you. For payments: We accept Venmo PayPal Square here on the site Cash in person when you arrive for your order. if you have any questions at all, please reach out to me and I will be glad to answer to the best of my abilities. All of the food made here is made by hand and of course, with love. My kitchen has NOT been inspected by the state of Vermont.
