Our OG sourdough loaf is a beautiful balance of rustic and refined. It boasts a golden-brown crust with a signature crackle that promises a satisfying crunch with each bite. Inside, the crumb is soft yet airy, with uneven pockets that create a light, open texture. The flavor is rich and tangy, thanks to the natural fermentation process, with subtle notes of earthiness from the long proofing. The slight sourness lingers on the palate, adding depth and complexity. Perfectly versatile, this loaf pairs wonderfully with butter, cheese, or as the foundation for any sandwich.
