October Pre-Sale

Flour, water, salt, and patience.

No seeds, no cheese, no nonsense. Just really good bread proving that simple things still win.

Walnut Honey, a loaf that leans warm, nutty, and just a little sweet. Toasted walnuts are folded into a soft sourdough crumb, while a touch of honey brings a gentle sweetness that rounds everything out without overpowering it. The crust bakes up golden and crisp, giving way to a tender interior with just the right bite from the walnuts. It’s simple, comforting, and feels a little special whether you’re spreading it with butter, pairing it with cheese, or enjoying it straight from the cutting board.

Sharp cheddar melts into every bite while jalapeños bring just the right kick—warm, bold, and a little bit rebellious. Slow-fermented for depth and baked to a golden, cheesy crust, this loaf doesn’t whisper… it politely wakes you up.

A warm, cozy sourdough loaf swirled with sweet apples and cinnamon in every bite. Soft on the inside with a beautiful crust, this seasonal loaf has just the right balance of tangy sourdough, sweet apple, and comforting fall spice. Perfect toasted with butter, served with breakfast, or enjoyed all on its own.

Plain Scone

Chocolate Chip Scone

Soft, flaky vanilla scones packed with rich semi-sweet chocolate chips in every bite. Cozy, bakery-style comfort with just the right amount of sweetness.

A buttery, flaky sourdough scone made with real pumpkin and warm fall spices, then finished with a sweet maple glaze. Cozy, lightly spiced, and perfectly pumpkin—basically fall in every bite. 🍂🎃
