Hi, I’m Nikki, the baker behind Vanilla Moon Bakery! 🤍 Vanilla Moon Bakery started from my love of baking and wanting to turn something I genuinely enjoy into a small business of my own. What started as baking for family and friends has grown into something I’m incredibly proud to share with my community. Everything I make is homemade in small batches, with a lot of time, care, and attention to detail. From my OG cinnamon rolls to my other flavors and seasonal treats, I’m always working on new recipes and finding ways to make each order special. As a small, home-based bakery in Central Florida, I’m the person behind the mixing, baking, decorating, packaging, and everything in between.
