During the pandemic, this creative mama started baking to satisfy her family sweet tooth. They enjoyed them to its entirety, so I decided to sale them. Enjoying the journey while baking part-time, many styles of cheesecakes were created. Whole, bundt, square and heart. I even attempted to place my delicious cream cheese filing into strawberries. From the beginning name of Shonda’s Cheesecakes was creatively changed to “YESSS Cheesecakes”. The name given by my husband. When my employer decided to end my position February of 2026.
