Artisanal Whips is a Portland local small cottage bakery. Known for having strong community roots in representing Indigenous, queer, and disabled members. As well as everything being celiac safe - gluten free, vegan, and nut free. The only allergens worked with at times are coconut and occasionally soy products. I currently have over 26 unique flavors of cupcakes among other types of items available for preorder. I do offer delivery with a flat $15 fee up to 20 miles away. Further would require shipping or an alternative fee arrangement to be discussed. Please reach out with any questions!
