All orders can be placed directly through this site. Please choose your product, select your flavour, design style, colours, pickup date/time, and any add-ons before checking out. Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been completed and accepted.

Regular orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance. Larger orders, celebration boxes, mega boxes, and detailed custom orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability, but they are not guaranteed and may include an additional fee.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on my availability, the size of the order, and the design requested. If your order date is very close, please message before ordering to confirm whether I can accept it.

Yes, but Baked by Beebah specializes in soft, elegant, signature-style cakes and treats. Inspiration photos may be submitted as references, but exact copies are not guaranteed. Final designs may vary slightly because every order is handmade. Custom designs outside my signature styles may require an additional fee.

Yes. You can choose your main colour and secondary colour when ordering. Please note that colours may look slightly different in person than they do on screens or inspiration photos. Buttercream colours can also deepen slightly over time.

Yes, depending on the size and design of the cake. Short messages usually work best. If the requested message is too long or does not fit the design, I may suggest a shorter version.

Yes. Baked by Beebah is happy to create birthday cakes and treats, along with cakes and desserts for other special occasions such as Eid, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, gender reveals, and more. Please note that all designs are created in Baked by Beebah’s signature style, and custom requests are subject to availability and approval.

Regular cake flavours may include vanilla, French vanilla, chocolate, lemon, and carrot. Premium flavours such as red velvet, banana cake, and Oreo may be available for an additional cost depending on the product. Cake pops are available in vanilla or chocolate only.

Baked by Beebah does not use fondant as part of our regular products or signature designs. Most of our cakes and treats are decorated with buttercream and simple edible decorations. In very rare cases, small fondant details may be accepted depending on the design, availability, and comfort level with the request. Fondant requests must be approved before ordering and will include an additional cost. Full fondant-covered cakes or highly detailed fondant designs are not available at this time.

Baked by Beebah is not an allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other ingredients. I cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur. Please disclose any allergies before placing an order. If I cannot safely accommodate the request, I may have to decline the order.

Yes. Pickup is available for local orders. Please arrive at your selected pickup time. If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible. Missed pickups and late pickups are non-refundable.

Delivery may be available only if offered and approved at checkout or through direct communication. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address, phone number, and being available at the delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order will not be refunded.

Please keep your cake or treat box flat and secure during transport. Do not place the box on a car seat, lap, or uneven surface. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and anything that may cause it to slide or tilt. Once the order has been picked up or delivered, Baked by Beebah is not responsible for damage caused by transportation or handling.

Most cakes and buttercream treats should be kept cool and stored in the fridge until closer to serving time. Once a cake has been cut, any remaining portions should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge to help maintain freshness and prevent it from drying out. Cake pops can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for longer freshness. If refrigerated, allow them to sit at room temperature for a short time before enjoying. Decorated sugar cookies should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. For the best taste and texture, enjoy them within 1 week of pickup. For the best texture, cakes can usually sit at room temperature for a short time before serving, unless otherwise instructed.

Changes must be requested as early as possible. Small changes may be accepted if supplies have not already been purchased and production has not started. Changes requested too close to the pickup date may not be possible. This includes changes to flavours, colours, design style, message, quantity, pickup time, or add-ons.

Customer cancellations made at least 96 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. The final amount will depend on whether ingredients, packaging, decorations, or other supplies have already been purchased. Customer cancellations made less than 96 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, missed pickups, late pickups, incorrect order details submitted by the customer, colour/design variation, or damage after pickup or delivery. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, refunds or replacements are only available if there is a clear mistake made by Baked by Beebah. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, with photos of the product included.

Baked by Beebah reserves the right to cancel an order if needed due to emergencies, illness, supply issues, safety concerns, availability, or if the order cannot be completed as agreed. If Baked by Beebah cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund.

Inspiration photos are used as references only. I do not guarantee exact copies of another baker’s work. Colours, piping, placement, decorations, and finishing may vary slightly because each order is handmade.

Not exactly. Photos are examples of past work or design inspiration. Every order is handmade, so slight differences in colour, texture, piping, and decoration are normal.

Baked by Beebah may photograph or record orders for social media, portfolio, marketing, or website use. No personal customer information will be shared. If you prefer that your order not be posted, please let me know when placing your order.

Yes. Baked by Beebah may offer limited seasonal drops or themed collections. Limited drops are preorder only, available while quantities last, and may not include customization unless stated otherwise.
