Hand-rolled and naturally leavened with our sourdough starter, these bagels have a perfectly chewy interior and a lightly crisp, golden crust. Slow-fermented for deep flavor and baked fresh in small batches. Delicious toasted with butter or piled high with your favorite toppings.
