Since every item is made fresh to order, we require a 3-5 day lead time. For larger custom orders or event packages, booking 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended to reserve your date.

Yes! We love catering for special events, corporate gifts, and celebrations. For large event orders, please reach out to us at least 3-4 weeks in advance to reserve your date and discuss custom details.

We use high-quality, premium ingredients—organic when possible. Seasonings are sourced locally in Kansas City, MO.

We accept major credit and debit cards securely through Square at checkout, as well as Venmo or Cash App.

We offer free porch pickup at our home in Kansas City, MO (near the Claycomo Police Station/City Hall). Exact pickup instructions are provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping is $8.00. Larger orders will depend on weight and will have higher shipping costs.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we follow strict sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. I am very careful when handling allergens and do not cross contaminate. My daughter has allergens so it's something I practice often.

Smokey Treats & Food Products Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Smokey Treats, snacks, nuts, or other food products. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you believe you received a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unacceptable food product, please contact Bossy B’s within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Creations All custom-made, personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or are dissatisfied with your selection. Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized products. If your custom item is defective, damaged, or contains an error made by Bossy B’s, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or was made incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible within the applicable time period above. Please provide: Your order number A description of the issue Photos of the item, when applicable Each situation will be reviewed individually. If an issue is determined to be the responsibility of Bossy B’s, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Refunds Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are only issued when an eligible issue has been reviewed and approved by Bossy B’s. When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. If your Smokey Treats arrive damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a problem with the product, please contact Bossy B’s within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the issue.
