We are a licensed cottage microbakery in the heart of Lake Cumberland, proudly serving Somerset and surrounding areas. We specialize in artisan sourdough, using extended slow-fermentation times for rich flavor and easier digestibility. Beyond our signature loaves, we handcraft specialty baked/dried goods, including cookies, French macarons, scones, cakes, candies, hand-blended seasonings, and pantry spices. We are committed to clean sourcing, focusing on organic, all-natural ingredients like pasture-raised eggs, local grass-fed milk, organic flour, and fresh-milled grains. We prioritize farm-fresh, seasonal local fruit and vegetable inclusions to bring Kentucky’s best harvest to your table. For us, every loaf reflects a deeper spiritual truth.
