My loaf is delicious! I always buy bread when I do my grocery shopping, but after trying Carolyn’s bread there is no turning back. Carolyn’s bread all the way!

Carolyn's Freshly Milled & Baked Goods are Super Delicious and Super Good for You! I ordered three items: the Sourdough Sandwich Loaf, Sourdough English Muffins, and Chocolate Hazelnut Spread. All were so delicious! I love to toast two slices of the Sourdough Sandwich Loaf to make a delicious hummus veggie sandwich. The bread is hearty and has such a wonderful sourdough flavor. The Sourdough English Muffins are heavenly! I love them toasted with some of Carolyn's Chocolate Hazelnut Spread or some all fruit strawberry jam. The English muffins have such a wonderful texture and just the right amount of delightful chewiness. As someone who has been a grateful recipient of Carolyn's health coaching, I know that Carolyn is not only concerned about making food that is delicious, but also nourishing. Carolyn mills her flour just before baking, "so every loaf and treat starts with the full nutrition of the whole grain, bran, germ, and endosperm all intact.” This is food made with love!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies… soft, moist, rich! Marvin loves the oatmeal cookies! He went on and on about how moist and soft they were! He said you can taste the oatmeal in them and you can tell they were made from healthy ingredients! When I told him they were! He was sold! lol!😂 Most morning I have oatmeal for breakfast, so I decided to have one of your oatmeal cookies! Carolyn, Marvin was right! They are soft, moist, rich, and the sweetener is just right!

Fresh Oats for the Baby! All products have been delicious! The bread, grits, oatmeal, cookies-all have changed my family for the better. The oatmeal was an amazing replacement for store bought baby oatmeal. I can go on for days!

Sometimes when you have tried (repeatedly) to make something and you just can't get the hang of it, the best thing to do is buy it from your friend who's already an expert. Thank you Carolyn Akens! This is amazing sourdough! I had TWO slices with butter and homemade jam that my cousin brought from back home from my aunt.

Alive with Nutrients! I knew this bread was different the minute I opened it up. The wonderful aroma filled the air! I used the bread to make toast, sandwiches, and French toast. I highly recommend Carolyn's breads.

YES!!! There is such a thing as Healthy AND Delicious❣️ I have been cognizant of my food choices for decades but, not often would I say it’s been moist, tasty and delicious😝 Everything I’ve ordered from Carolyn has exceeded my expectations! Her organic stone-milled grits, Sourdough bread & English muffins, Cinnamon rolls, Chocolate chip cookies and OH…I almost forgot the Kamut bread and flaked oatmeal….ALL outstanding‼️ I will say, once you place your order, be prepared…. you are now spoiled, NEVER to return to “traditional” baked goods…. And who wants to, when DELICIOUS can also be HEALTHY, just sayin!, And it wouldn't surprise me if Carolyn blesses every order, even better💗

We couldn't stop snacking! I can rant and rave about the high quality ingredients, and the sourcing, and the love and care Carolyn put into these bakes (and also into the packaging and shipping), but I find myself coming back to the TASTE of these treats! Even my husband couldn't stop snacking on the oatmeal cookies. I don't do a lot of snacking, but I couldn't keep my hands out of the proverbial cookie jar :) These treats were the highlights of my daily beloved coffee breaks, and made my soul sing. I will definitely order again...and so should YOU!

The more one researches the more one realizes that truly fresh and wholesome bread… is not found on our store shelves. This bread is dense and clearly wholesome. The texture and consistency with an amazing taste confirms that!! No additives to be concerned about…. And fresh milled grain is to be praised.
