Welcome to Cat & Lilly’s Cottage Bakery, a tiny heart-led micro-bakery, which started as early-morning baking sessions with my pup Lilly, and has grown into a cottage-style bakery rooted in tradition, simplicity and organic goodness. At the center of everything I bake is my trusty two year old starter Doughlores, who is the heartbeat of the bakery. Every rise is earned through time, care, and natural fermentation. My commitment is simple: pure ingredients, honest methods and bread that feels like home. Every creation is made with 100% organic ingredients, shaped by hand, and baked in small batches to ensure the kind of quality you can taste. NO INSTANT YEAST. EVER.
