About Chaos Acres
Founded in 2021, Chaos Acres is a home-based cottage registered bakery rooted in community, family, and baking from scratch. I am a lifelong community resident and stay at home mom who has turned her dream of owning a bakery into a reality. Chaos Acres specializes in sourdough breads and other sourdough based items like pretzels, bagels, cookies, bars, and more! Each item is baked from scratch and I focus on quality, community, and affordability. To place an order, you can order online, in person during farmers market season, or you can check me out on Facebook! All sourdough loaf orders must be placed 2-4 days in advanced. All other orders will be filled within 1-2 business days. All items are homemade and are not subject to home inspection.

I was so glad to get my delicious Italian herb mozzarella sourdough bread. I planned my entire menu for the next three nights around it! The pretzel bites are my go-to snack and can’t get enough of them. Thanks Liz!

I can’t get enough of the pretzel bites. They are AMAZING!!! The bagels are the best. Live buying local and seeing the smiling faces of those beautiful boys when they deliver to me.
