Charlotte’s Bread is a home cottage bakery rooted in love, knowledge, and a deeply personal mission. Inspired by my daughter’s ongoing health challenges, I set out to create baked goods that are not only comforting and delicious, but also made with clean ingredients you can trust. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Food and Nutrition and a certified food handler’s license, I bring both academic knowledge and practical expertise into every recipe.
