Hi there. I’m Marci. I live in Dublin, CA and have so since 1998. I am married to my high school sweetheart and have 3 incredibly amazing children. I am a licensed, credentialed and certified speech-language pathologist, but for the past 9 years, I have worked in a leadership position. I started the process of becoming a cottage food operator back in June 2025, but I just officially started operating Cookies 'n Crumbs. My love for baking began at the age of 15, when I began working at a well-known, highly regarded bakery (Jean's Pastry Shop) in San Bruno, CA. I worked at "Jean's" (as people used to call it) for 8 years and was fortunate to work for a wonderful couple (Fred and Ursula). I learned so much about the bakery business during the time I worked there. Over the past few decades, I have enjoyed baking a variety of desserts, but most recently, I have focused on perfecting my gourmet cookies. I hope that you enjoy eating each and every bite (even the crumbs) of my cookies, as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. Thank you so much for your support!

No, Cookies 'n Crumbs does not have a storefront. Marci is a licensed California Cottage Food Operator and works out of her home kitchen.

Currently, cookies are available in 3 different weights [1 oz. (petite), 2 oz. (standard), and 3.5 oz. (large)]. Pictures show *approximate* sizes of each cookie weight. Petite: approx. 2" Standard: approx. 3" Large: approx. 4"

Yes! Marci has a valid and current food handler's permit, a cottage food license, and a business license in order to operate out her home bakery. She follows Alameda County's Cottage Food guidelines and mandates.

For orders of 4 dozen or less, a 5 day lead time is required. For orders of 5-8 dozen, a 2 week lead time is required. For orders of 9+ dozen, a 4 week lead time is required. NOTE: Cookies 'n Crumbs will consider orders with less lead time. It is up to their discretion as to whether an order will be accepted in these circumstances. Orders and dates are NOT held or secure until payment has been received. Payment is due at the time your order is placed.

It’s understandable that the number of guests for your event may change or that events get cancelled due to a variety of reasons. For orders of 4 dozen or less, changes to orders are accepted up until 48 hours prior to the date/time of pick up or delivery. Cancelations are accepted until 72 hours prior to the date/time of pick up or delivery. For orders of 5 -8 dozen, changes to orders are accepted up until 48 hours prior to the date/time of pick up or delivery. Cancelations are accepted until 96 hours prior to the date/time of pick up or delivery. For orders of 9+ dozen, changes to orders are accepted up until 96 hours prior to the date/time of pick up or delivery. Cancelations are accepted until 7 days prior to the date/time of pick up or delivery.

All of my cookies are made are in a domestic kitchen setting. I do not offer gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or low sugar products. Most of my products contain wheat, milk, eggs, and soy. Nuts and nut by-products are allergens found within the home kitchen. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that any of my cookies are allergen free. If you chose to place an order, this will be at your own risk.

Delivery to other cities will be considered dependent on location and availability of Cookies 'n Crumbs. Fee TBD.
