All confirmed orders are final. Once a deposit or full payment is received to secure your date, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited.
Yes, all orders must be placed in advance. Because everything is baked fresh to order, we do not maintain a daily inventory or keep extra items on hand. Preordering ensures that your treats are made specially for you and guaranteed fresh for your pickup!

Because we operate on a tight baking and production schedule to ensure everyone's orders are fresh, we ask that you please arrive within your selected time slot. If you know you are running late, please contact us immediately. Please note that missed pickups cannot be refunded or credited, and we cannot guarantee that your order can be held past your scheduled day.

Yes, we offer local delivery! Delivery is complimentary for our local neighbors, while a $10 fee applies to locations slightly further away. Because we operate on a limited schedule, delivery availability and any applicable fees will be reviewed and confirmed individually after your order is submitted.
We understand that plans can change! We are happy to try and accommodate modifications to your design, size, or flavors up to 4 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. Because we source fresh ingredients and plan our baking schedule in advance, no changes can be accepted after this 4-day window.
