I'm a cottage bakery in Largo, Fl. Mid 2024 I found myself widowed and laid off from my job. I'm just starting out as a way to provide for my family. I have 5 Kids. 2 are grown and doing their own thing and the other 3 are homeschooled. Baking has been a great therapy during my grief journey. I offer Sourdough loaves, English Muffins, French bread sub and sandwich bread. I am testing out some recipes for cookies and other treats and will offer them as well once I get them perfected. Yes, I will deliver for a small fee. Currently I am willing to deliver to Pinellas Park, Largo and Seminole, as well as some parts of Clearwater. I will consider delivering further out one a case by case basis. Gas prices are currently much too high to be driving all over Pinellas County.
Currently most, if not all items are made fresh no more than 2 days before pickup/delivery.

Currently no. While I do have gluten free ingredients, I haven’t quite mastered gluten free breads just yet and don’t want to offer something that would be sub par. Also, l can’t guarantee 100% gluten free as I do a lot of baking with wheat flour and tho I clean my kitchen very well, there’s always a chance that I could have missed a tiny bit.
Due to a very severe allergy on my part, I can not offer anything with strawberries. Also, I am restricted by Florida cottage food laws and cannot offer certain items. Ie anything that requires temperature control/refrigeration like cream cheese icings and true butter cream frosting.
