Welcome to Dream Puff Co. The newest, fully licensed and insured micro- cottage bakery in The Woodlands, TX area. I specialize in gourmet cream puffs, cookies, traditional Italian desserts and baklava made from family recipes passed down for generations. I believe you shouldn't have to have a PhD in Chemistry to know what is in your food. From house-made almond paste to freshly prepared marshmallow fluff, all items are made from scratch using real butter, pure vanilla and the finest ingredients to ensure a superior quality and taste. Enjoy a dessert you can feel good about eating!

📅 On approximately the 18th of every month, the following month's bakery dates will be announced. The entire menu is now available for pre-order. (See something you really want? Now is the time to order it. Your pre-orders determine the next DROP) ✂️ Approximately 8 days later the menu will be reduced. Some items will no longer be available for the next month. Some items may have the minimum quantity waived. Some new items may be added in limited supply. 📢 Approximately 3 days before the bakery opens, the DROP happens. The bakery is open approximately 7 days a month. Around the 18th of every month the following month's bakery dates will be published. Ordering will only be available for those days.
Every item is scratch-made FRESH for you with love. To ensure quality and guarantee freshness, as the operating days approach the menu will be restricted. Special requests may be honored based on time availability. Please email for any special requests.
Items soon-to-be coming out of the oven will be posted (aka THE DROP) approximately 3 days before the first operating day of each month. At this time there are no order minimums, meaning you can order just 1 cookie. Follow Dream Puff Co on Facebook and/or Instagram and watch for THE DROP.
Dream Puff Co specializes in Mediterranean style desserts, most containing nuts and/ or flour. There are nut-free and gluten-free options on the menu, however even with thorough cleaning and sanitizing of equipment cross contamination is possible. Please consider the severity of your allergy before placing an order. Your health is more important to me than your order.
