Custom delivery arrangements are available throughout Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Tooele counties for events and specialty orders. $5 delivery for Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove and Alpine. $10 delivery for the first 15 miles, $1 per mile after that. Free delivery for orders $150 or more, within these counties.
