Finn's Flock began in 2020 as a small family farm raising chickens for breeding, fresh eggs, and meat birds. What started in the coop has grown into our kitchen, where we bake homemade bread and cinnamon rolls fresh for our community. Along with our classic favorites, we feature new seasonal and specialty flavors each week. We're so glad you're here! At Finn’s Flock Bakehouse, we don’t rush our cinnamon rolls. Every batch is made from scratch, hand-rolled, and filled before proofing overnight. The following morning, each roll rises a second time before being baked fresh. Our fillings are homemade, our frostings are mixed from scratch, and every roll is finished by hand. From the first mix to the final drizzle, each roll is crafted with care over the course of two days to bring you the softest, freshest cinnamon rolls possible.
