Welcome!

My name is Vicki, and I’m the owner of Fox and Fern, a cottage microbakery here in Green Bay/Howard.

When it comes to baking, I believe:

• Simple things done well win every time.

• Ingredient quality makes a difference.

• Tradition and heritage matter.

When I thought about launching Fox and Fern, I wanted simplicity, quality, and authenticity to be at the core. Good things, made from scratch, with real ingredients. To me, there’s something elegant about keeping things simple.

I’ve been sharing my love of food with family and friends for years. It’s only been a few months sharing it with all of you.

What I didn’t realize is that what started as a creative outlet would become something more.

I take so much pride in prepping bread for the neighborhood each week, kids stopping by on their bikes for a treat, and people getting excited about their weekly visit and what new things they might find on the menu. It brings me so much joy to hear the stories of how people are buying baked goods to share with their friends, family, neighbors or as a treat for themselves.

It’s already become more than I ever imagined or thought was possible.

So here we are…a few months in. THANK YOU for being an early part of this journey. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your Sundays!
