Traditional Sourdough crafted over three days, allowing time to develop its flavor and texture. Made with just three simple ingredients - organic flour, water, and sea salt. Each loaf is naturally fermented before being baked to a golden crust with a soft, flavorful crumb.

It’s the kind of bread that stands on its own with good butter, elevates a simple sandwich, and reminds us that the simplest foods are often the most satisfying.

Each loaf weighs ~850 grams

Every batch begins by slowly browning real butter until it turns a deep golden color, developing a rich, caramel flavor. The butter is then cooled before being mixed with pure cane sugar, organic brown sugar, organic flour, real vanilla, and loads of chocolate chips. Finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

The result is a rich, caramelized, chocolate chip cookie with classic crispy edges and soft center - with just a touch of salt.

Each cookie weights 2.5 oz.

It's summer in Wisconsin - which means there's this special window in which Door County cherries are ready for picking! These muffins start with creaming real butter, pure cane sugar, and local farm fresh eggs. Greek yogurt helps create a tender crumb, and cherries add bursts of tart cherry flavor throughout, complimented by the sweet, nutty flavor of almond. Each muffin is then topped with a buttery almond crumble.

Focaccia is light, airy, and full of flavor and this sourdough take is no different! Organic flour, water and sea salt are slow fermented, then dimpled to catch all the pockets of olive oil, homemade roasted garlic, rosemary and flaky sea salt. The result is a flatbread with a crisp, golden crust and a tender, open crumb.

It’s the kind of bread meant to be served warm, torn apart and shared - served alongside soup, dipped in olive oil, built into a sandwich, or enjoyed warm from the oven with a little butter.

There are few things that can top the smell of a fresh peach! These muffins start with creaming real butter, pure cane sugar, and local farm fresh eggs. Greek yogurt helps create a tender crumb, and peaches add bursts of sweetness throughout, complimented by real vanilla beans. Each muffin is then topped with a buttery crumble with just a touch of cinnamon.

Lemon shortbread just tastes like summer. These old-fashioned shortbread cookies are made with rich grass-fed butter, organic flour, pure cane sugar, and plenty of fresh lemon zest. Baked low and slow, they have a delicate, buttery crumb that practically melts in your mouth, with a bright hint of citrus that keeps each bite light and balanced.

A timeless cookie made the way it should be - simple, buttery, and full of real lemon flavor (from real lemons)

8 ~2” cookies per pack.
