Traditional Sourdough crafted over three days, allowing time to develop its flavor and texture. Made with just three simple ingredients - organic flour, water, and sea salt. Each loaf is naturally fermented before being baked to a golden crust with a soft, flavorful crumb.

It’s the kind of bread that stands on its own with good butter, elevates a simple sandwich, and reminds us that the simplest foods are often the most satisfying.

Each loaf weighs ~850 grams

A classic sourdough loaf, with just the right amount of heat. Every loaf begins with the traditional three-day sourdough process, using only organic flour, water, sea salt.

Once the proofing process has begun, fresh finely chopped jalapeños and sharp cheddar cheese (cut and shredded from the block) are folded in.

The result is a crusty artisan bread with a tender, chewy crumb, pockets of real cheddar, and just enough jalapeño to bring a gentle kick without overpowering the bread itself.

Delicious on its own, toasted with butter, the base of a grilled sandwich (breakfast sandwiches are one of our personal favorite uses), or alongside a bowl of soup or chili.

Focaccia is light, airy, and full of flavor and this sourdough take is no different! Organic flour, water and sea salt are slow fermented, then dimpled to catch all the pockets of olive oil, pesto and Parmesan. The result is a flatbread with a crisp, golden crust and a tender, open crumb.

It’s the kind of bread meant to be served warm, torn apart and shared - served alongside soup, dipped in olive oil, built into a sandwich, or enjoyed warm from the oven with a little butter.

Every batch begins by slowly browning real butter until it turns a deep golden color, developing a rich, caramel flavor. The butter is then cooled before being mixed with pure cane sugar, organic brown sugar, organic flour, real vanilla, and loads of chocolate chips. Finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

The result is a rich, caramelized, chocolate chip cookie with classic crispy edges and soft center - with just a touch of salt.

Each cookie weights 2.5 oz.

Rich, deeply chocolatey, and perfectly fudgy, our Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie is made for chocolate lovers.

Crafted with Rouge Dutch-process cocoa and real chocolate, it has an intensely chocolate flavor with a dense, fudge texture that pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or cold glass of milk. Cut into generous portions, it’s just the right size to share (if you’re feeling up for it)

It's summer in Wisconsin - which means there's this special window in which Door County cherries are ready for picking! These muffins start with creaming real butter, pure cane sugar, and local farm fresh eggs. Greek yogurt helps create a tender crumb, and cherries add bursts of tart cherry flavor throughout, complimented by the sweet, nutty flavor of almond. Each muffin is then topped with a buttery almond crumble.

Some flavor combos never go out of style. These muffins start with creaming real butter, pure cane sugar, and local farm fresh eggs. Greek yogurt helps create a tender crumb, and lemon zest and vanilla adds freshness, while sweet wild blueberries add bursts of rich blueberry flavor throughout. Each muffin is then topped with a buttery crumble.
