Beautiful dry pancake mix for whipping up hearty, healthy pancakes on a slow Sunday morning. Just mix wet ingredients (milk, eggs, butter/oil) with dry mix, let rest for 30 min, pour on a hot griddle and serve. Chef's kiss.

Dry Mix Ingredients: Love, Fresh Milled Local SOFT White Wheat, Organic Sugar, Organic Flaxmeal, Baking Powder, Salt

instructions: Combine 2 ⅓ cups of dry mix with 1 ¾ cups of milk, 1 egg, 1/2 cup melted butter/oil and 1 tsp vanilla. Let stand for 30 min and fire up your griddle.
