We're passionate about clean eating and living, and are conscious of all the crazy chemicals and additives that are abundant in pre packaged food. All of our baked goods are made with the highest quality ingredients and are free of preservatives, food dyes and corn syrup.

All of our baked goods are free of any nasty synthetic preservatives, so yes, they will eventually mould - that's what real food is supposed to do. In order to enjoy our products at their best, we recommend that they are consumed within 48 hours of purchase.

We recommend that our baked goods are best enjoyed within 2 days of purchase. If however you don't manage to polish them off by then, feel free to pop them into the freezer. Because all of our products are freshly baked and never frozen, they freeze beautifully. To defrost, thaw on the kitchen counter, or if you're in a rush - in the microwave on the defrost setting.

Due to the risk of cross contamination with gluten products during production, we are unable to offer gluten free items to our gluten sensitive or celiac customers at this time.

We require full payment at the time of your online pre order. Once payment has been received, your order is confirmed. Should you prefer a cash payment, stop by our booth at the Packard Farmers Market, Proving Grounds in Shelby, every Saturday 9am - 2pm, where you can shop an assortment of our favourite baked goods at our booth.

Unfortunately, once orders are received, they cannot be cancelled. We're a small business, with significant raw material costs due to our high quality ingredients. Should you wish to sample our products prior to committing to a larger online order, we would encourage you to visit us at the Packard Farmers Market - Saturdays 9am - 2pm where we sell most of our baked goods in single serving sizes.

ALL of our baked goods are made with the highest quality ingredients in small batches. Our customer favourite, brown butter cookies, are produced using grass fed butter, organic coconut sugar, and organic flour. In order for us to continue to bake the best quality product for you, our prices need to fair on the slightly higher end. We stand by our company ethos of - all the goodness, none of the garbage, and we hope you do too.

We offer pick up at two different locations - Packard Farmers Market in Shelby on Saturdays, and Washington on Wednesdays. Depending on location, delivery may be available for an additional fee.

We offer numerous items baked without nuts. However, due to the risk of cross contamination in our kitchen with nuts during the production process, we do not recommend our products for those who are sensitive to nuts, or have a nut allergy.
